St. Martin is an island stuffed full of restaurants, from high end fine dining through to an overwhelming selection of mediocre, run of the mill, to the fabulous value of a lolo. Now, “what on earth is a lolo?” is probably what you are thinking to yourself. A lolo is a barbecue joint tucked into a tiny corner of an outdoor market-like area in Grand Case, St. Martin.
There are at least half a dozen lolos all under the same roof area. On first glance, it looks like there is one, maybe two restaurants, however each change in table color indicates another restaurant!
